Is PLR Legal?
PLR is completely 100% legal as long as you have the proper rights extended to you by the actual owner or author. Be sure to avoid those sneaky websites selling ultra-cheap PLR. These folks often do NOT have the right to sell PLR to you. PLR is NOT something you can resell.
